Jillian is a host, writer, consultant, and lifelong advocate.

Jillian is a writer, content creator, and advocate for dwarfism and disability awareness based in New York City. She has contributed to Culxtured and Betches Media, writing about para sports, disability representation in fashion and entertainment along with highlighting current events in the disability space. Moreso, she is a contributing author to the book Dwarfism: Arts And Advocacy.

She has consulted with brands in the fashion and fitness industries as well as numerous organizations about disability inclusion. In addition, she is the communications director of Mascots Matter, a grassroots campaign advocating for the retirement of discriminatory disability mascots.

She is the host of the podcast Always Looking Up where she talks to forces for change in the disability community, including but not limited to CEOs, Paralympians, advocates and activists, fashion designers and models, and actors on stage and screen, about living in a world that was not necessarily designed for them.
